Kelsey Rich: Managing Broker/Owner and full- time REALTOR®, Kelsey was born and raised in the Wabash Valley. She is an Accredited Buyers Representative, a Military Relocation Professional, C2EX endorsed, and trained in 'At Home With Diversity'. She is a 2023 graduate of the Indiana Realtors Leadership Academy, and the 2022 Terre Haute Area Association of REALTORS® 'REALTOR Image of the Year' recipient. Kelsey has $27.4+ million dollars in home sales experience!
Lisa Tegarden: Associate Broker, full-time REALTOR® originally from Mitchell, Indiana, Lisa is an Indiana State University Alumni and decided to remain in the Wabash Valley after graduation and call Terre Haute HOME. Lisa was licensed in early 2023 and has represented buyers and sellers in over 2.9+ as of August of 2024! She focuses on making a positive impact on clients while doing what she loves most -- Selling Real Estate!
Ashlee Perkins: Associate Broker, full-time REALTOR®, Ashlee was born and raised in the Wabash Valley and has served alongside her husband as a military/first responder spouse for twenty-one years! Aharon Batson: Associate Broker, full-time REALTOR® and born and raised in Terre Haute! After graduating from Terre Haute South, Aharon pursued a successful career in cosmetology, earning her license from Harrolds Cosmetology and operating Vivid Salon and Spa for 15 incredible years. Aharon retired from the salon in December 2023, closing that cherished chapter of her life and received her real estate license from IBREA in the same month!
Travis Behem: Assoicate Broker, full-time REALTOR®, he earned his Real Estate License in 2008 and runs a successful small business focused on rentals and Airbnb's along with managing home renovations and the resale of home projects!
